[Virus] Infecté par spy sheriff

Bonjour
Je suis infecté par le virus ou spyware de spy sherrif avec le fond bleu..
J'ai vu les différentes manip à réalisé je les ai donc appliqué je voulais savoir si maintenant c'était bon ou si il restait des petits trucs à enlever?
