WEP 250 Bluetooth Headset Issues

Hello,

I just bought a Samsung Wep 250 Bluetooth headset, but it's not working; I can't turn it on and there is no indicator light when I charge it.

Is there a specific procedure I need to follow or should I just leave it to charge for a while?

    Have you found a solution to turn on your headset? I have the same problem with mine.

      Good evening,
      the red indicator light comes on after a good charging time and then once it's finished, the light is blue.
