Fenêtres pop "sexy girl" et pb windows

Bonjour,
j'ai de nombreuses fenêtres qui s'ouvrent et qui me disent que je ne peux pas ouvrir tel ou tel programme "il n'est pas conçu pour s'exécuter sous windows ou il contient une erreur, installer à nouveau le programme à l'aide du support d'installation d'origine". J'ai fait un hijack this pour repérer mais je ne sais pas le décrypter. Il semblerait que ce soit lié à google, alors j'ai désinstaller et réinstaller la barre outil sans succès. Parallèlement à ça, il y a des onglets "sexy girls" qui s'ouvrent dans internet, j'ai tenté de leur interdire l'accès en inscrivant l'url mais ça ne marche pas. Mon antivirus ne trouve rien non plus.

- Double-clique sur l'icône Ad-remover située sur ton Bureau.
- Sur la page, clique sur le bouton « Nettoyer »
- Confirme lancement du scan
- Laisse travailler l'outil.
- Poste le rapport qui apparaît à la fin.
(Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report(Scan/clean).Txt)
(CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

J'ai un un soucis similaire et j'ai utilisé Spybot search and Destroy que tu peux trouver ici :

tu l'installes ensuite tu vaccines ton système , tu lances une détection.
Si il te trouve des erreurs tu les corriges tu redémarres et ton pc ira sans doute mieux
Après vérification ton log HijackThis semble normal ,aucun problème sur ce rapport :D
