Probleme carte graphique ati 5750

Bonjour, voila mon probleme des que je mai ma carte graphique ati raedon hd 5750 si mon ordi se mais en veille ou si je l'eteind lordi ne se rallume plus plus de bip et je voi une couleur rouge dans mon boitier voila ma config
