Constantly blocked call of duty black ops

Hello, I'm stuck at the Russian base mission in the snow. A guy shoots a rocket at a walkway, one of my buddies falls, and no matter what I do (actually, I don't have time to do anything...) I also fall with the walkway... thanks for your info.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

    Once the bridge has exploded, you need to gain momentum, run, and press the up arrow to jump... once you land on the other side, don't stop running to catch up with your friends, and when you reach the edge of the cliff, jump... the parachute will open...

    You need to press the "a" button while keeping the nuk forward to run and the up arrow key to jump.

    Jump to the other side and follow your friends by running. Then jump into the air and finally open the parachute.

      I can't jump without gaining momentum with the classic pro controller or something like that; it looks a bit like a PS3 controller. Please respond quickly.
