Hello everyone
Here’s a little tutorial for those who want to have some fun :wink: :
=> In Microsoft Publisher
=> Click on "Envelopes"
=> Choose the "DL 22 x 11 cm" template located in "Blank Sizes"
=> On a pre-framed envelope:
Carefully measure how far the frame is from the 4 edges of the envelope.
=> We return to our template and with the "Rectangle" tool (located in the toolbar on the left), we draw the frame exactly where it should be located.
=> To do this, we use the 2 rulers placed on either side of the template.
=> Once the frame is created, we start typing any address
=> Style: Normal
Font: Times New Roman
Size: 16
=> For the postal code, it should be at the very bottom left of the frame, with 3 spaces between each digit and 3 more spaces before typing the city name.
=> Once the address is complete, click outside the frame.
=> To change the black color of the frame to white so that it does not show in the printout:
double-click on one of the edges of the frame, choose the white color, "OK"
=> Now the frame is still present but invisible.
=> Save the composition now, it will serve as a template for future use.
=> During the first print, Publisher opens a window to choose how the envelopes should be placed in the paper tray.
There may be simpler ways, but this is what I found
Good luck!
