Hello,
I have a whole database in Excel and I need to integrate the relevant information into Word (standard letter) for a specific administration. Unfortunately, I'm struggling with it and the mail merge is no longer an option. Could you help me?
Thank you in advance.
P.S. I can send you the files if necessary.
Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.13

Hello Mamirock
If you provide more explanations, we will understand better! :)
From what I understand between the title and your message: you have Excel data in a pivot table (PT) that you would like to bring into a mail merge in Word
A mail merge from a PT, no, that is not possible.
But you can copy and paste the PT onto another sheet, placing the column headers (the fields to merge) on the first line.
And in your mail merge, you point to this sheet.
Is that right?
