Bonsoir, je suis novice en informatique, et je viens de faire un scan complet avec Xoftspy 4.21, et ce logiciel m'a trouvé pleins de dossier type trojan, registry key...et je n'arrive pas à m'en débarasser. Mon PC arrête pas de ramer, et je ne sais pas quoi faire!
Si vous pouviez accorder un petit moment à mon problème, je vous en serais reconnaissante.

c'est normal que certaines lignes reviennent... mais lesquelles par exemple

avant de faire quoique ce soit avec Xsoftspy
passes Adaware et spybot
http://users.skynet.be/BernieClub/#antispy

ensuite nettoie le registre avec Regseeker
http://users.skynet.be/BernieClub/#regnet

et dis nous quoi

Bonsoir et merci!
J'ai fais ce que tu m'as dit, et malgre tout, il y a des lignes vertes qui reviennent quand je relance redseeker. J'ai cliqué sur " nettoyer le registre" est ce q c bien ca??

Pour les lignes vertes, c'est bon je crois mais mon PC rame toujours: j'ai fait un scan en ligne avec bitdefender et il ma trouvé des virus.
Par exemple:

C:/ProgramFiles/Win_wher/webhancer_winrar.exe

quand jai scanné avec mon antivirus avast, il ma mis virus et ma conseillé de le mettre en 40aine mais quand je lai fait, il ma dit quil ne pouvait pas traiter le probleme. Que dois je faire?Dois je supprimer ce fichier?

Salut! Je ne sais pas si vous m'avez oublié mais j'aurais vraiment besoin de votre aide!!Je sais q vs devez avoir 50000 demandes par jour mais sil vous plait, c la premiere fois q je tombe sur un site qui semble pouvoir maider et dapres un ami, adept de votre site, vous etes vraiment efficace! Jespere que jaurais des reponses a mes questions...merci encore :(

en plus les bebetes trouve dans systeme volume ne sont pas actifs
il ne reveiendront que si tu fais un restauration systeme ( donc ne la fais pas !! )

ou en sont tes problemes ?

Exécute le, choisit l’option 1, il va générer un rapport
Copie/colle le sur le poste stp.

ton navigateur est surement infecté ..

as tu un second navigateur ? firefox , mozilla , opera ?

si oui essaye de le telecharger en utilisant ce navigateur

si non essaye de telecharger

do a scan and save a log

ca va generer un rapport ( une liste quoi .. )

tu fais "selectionner "tout et copier

pour celle ci tu dois desactiver le service

je ne sais pas si jai fait les choses correctement parce q qd je suis allee pour desactiver

jai tapé tape services.msc ca ma ecrit erreur

est tu sur de pas avoir fais une faute de frappe ? c pas normal si ca marque "erreur"

boonty tu l'a encore (evidemment ! lol )

sinon ou en sont tes problemes ?

je vois que tu as spysweeper il te trouve rien lui ?

je ne pense m'etre trompé en tapant tape services.msn, je lai fait 3 fois et ca na rien donné!
je suis en train de fr un spyweeper, je tenvoies des q c terminé le rapport. Merci encore et tjs!!

effectivement, je m'étais trompée dans ce que j'ai tapé, je l'ai refais, j'ai enfin ouvert la fenetre : services (local).
Quand je clic sur la ligne "Boonty Games", on ne me propose pas l'option supprimer, mais seulement démarrer. Est ce que ça peut venir du fait que je suis en train de scanner avec Spy Sweeper?

Bon quand jai redemarré mon ordi, spy sweeper c remis en marche, et ma trouvé un programme et une key

c'etait ecrit:

j'ai des problémes avec les fichiers dll
j'ai installé registry booster, mais il apparit que c'est une version payante.
Ce logiciel a trouvé 320 fichiers dll corrompus, avec cette version gratuite il répare que 15 fichiers et il me demande d'acheter le produit.
avez vous de solutions

si tu utilise Avast comme anti-virus, met le en sensibilité maximal, ainsi il detectera tout virus essayant d'entrer sur ton ordinateur.

les connection dangereuses et tout autre virus, spyware, trojan qui tantent d'entrer sur l'ordi.

lorsqu'il en detecte un, fait suprimer, en general c'est un fichier copié et donc si c'est nommé sous le nom d'un fichier utile a l'ordi cela ne causera aucun problême de le suprimer.

si Avast te dit qu'il ne trouve pas le fichier quand tu lui dit de le supprimer, dit lui de ne rien faire, prochaine fois qu'il le reperera il poura le suprimer
