Stuck pointer

Hello,

I'm using Windows XP; my laptop starts up normally but the mouse is stuck in the center. I tried safe mode and last known good configuration but it doesn't change anything.
Is there a way to fix it or browse without the pointer???

    unplug your mouse and reinstall
    the same for all the connectivity

    the laptop is the portable computer. Consequently, I cannot unplug the mouse since it is integrated.
