The pointer of my mouse is invisible in video projection, under PowerPoint, while I can see it perfectly on my PC screen, in slideshow mode. What can I do? Thank you.

Hello,

If I take your problem from the other side

If we want: "to have the mouse pointer on the PC screen but not on the projector"

To do this, you need to use Presenter mode. This way, you'll click on your computer screen and not on your projector screen.

A trick to disable the pointer on the slideshow (of the projector): Ctrl+M.

I think that's what you have activated

Hello and thank you for your response. My PowerPoint presentation is indeed in presenter mode (and I see the pointer on my PC screen and not on the projector).

In fact, I would like to see the pointer on my PC screen and on the projector screen: should I simply disable presenter mode for that?

Thank you for clarifying.

I recommend you press Ctrl+M to activate the mouse, but I feel like PowerPoint disables the mouse cursor by default in presenter mode.

However, you can enable the cursor in pointer mode so that it appears.

Thank you for your guidance: I will test all of this as soon as I have a projector on hand.

Have a great weekend
