Bonsoir à tous les génies qui nous aident dans ce forum (et aux autres aussi)

J'ai pu voir sur ce forum que je n'était pas la seule à avoir des problèmes avec spyaxe!! Je l'ai désinstallé par ajout/suppression de progamme mais rien n'y fait. Suite à la lecture des conseils donnés par balltrap34 à un autre malheureux! J'ai téléchargé Hijackthis mais......je ne comprends rien à ce que je dois y faire... je n'ose rien supprimer par moi même.. quelqu'un pourrait-il me dire ce que je dois faire????

      Bonsoir,

      Démarre en mode sans échec :
      Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
      Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
      Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
      (Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

      Relance le programme Smitfraud,
      Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a tous ;
      Sauvegarde le rapport, Redémarre en mode normal, copie/colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum

      Relance hijackthis et colle un nouveau log ici.

          Bonsoir,

          Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
          Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/outil/option des dossiers/affichage

          Coche « afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés »

          Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"

          Décoche « masquer les extensions dont le type est connu »
          Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.

          Et appliquer !

          Relance HijackThis, coche les cases devant ces lignes et ensuite clique sur fix checked :

          O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SpyAxe] C:\Program Files\SpyAxe\spyaxe.exe /h

          O20 - Winlogon Notify: disk - C:\WINDOWS\system32\diskperff.dll (file missing)

          Recherche et supprime ce répertoire (en gras) :
          C:\Program Files\SpyAxe

          Recherche et supprime ce fichier (en gras) :
          C:\WINDOWS\system32\diskperff.dll

          Vide la corbeille.

          Rend toi sur ce site :
          http://www.virustotal.com/xhtml/virustotal_en.html
          Clik sur parcourir
          Recherche ceci :
          C:\Program Files\Dantz\Retrospect\retrorun.exe
          Clik send et colle le rapport stp

          Précise tes soucis, si il en reste.
