Bonjour,
j ai un gros probleme avec mon ordinateur portable, l ecran se met a clignoter puis une fenetre apparait il y est inscrit le pilote d affichage ne repondais plus mais a ete recuperé, puis un ecran bleu appartait sur tout mon ecran et l ordinateur redemare.
et sa le fait 4 ou 5 fois a la suite .
donc que faire ? merci d avance

bonjour
mieux vaut commencer par desinstaller le pilote de la carte graphique, puis en réinstaller un.
donne la marque et modèle du pc ? -

telecharge et installe Everest Ultimate
ensuite génère un rapport en texte brut de toute ta config , aide pour génèrer le rapport = Identifier son matériel avec EVEREST , enfin tu selectionne le rapport que tu copie /colle dans ta prochaine réponse.
Arrête le copier / coller après le paragraphe -------[DMI]-------- -

ensuite tu va dans ton gestionnaire de peripherique, clique droit sur le pilote graphique = desinstaller
tu demarre ton pc en mode sans echec (f5 ou f8 au demarrage), puis tu installe le pilote que tu as téléchargé -
