mon pc est infecté par des trojan win32 et un autre truc je n'arrive pas à les localiser sur le pc. Comment puis je faire pour les supprimer

oui en effet, a-squared le trouve, le supprime; mais a chaques fois que je refais un scan, il est a nouveau la, j'ai l'impression qu'aucun anti spy, virus ou trojan ne peux l'enlever,

il faut donc bosser en sans échec comme suit
1.redemarre en mode sans echec (redemarage + tapote sans arret sur F8 desque l'ordi s'allume)
2. desactive ta restauration (pour win xp ) comme ceci :
clike droit sur post de travaille/proprietes/restauration system et la tu coche desactiver la restauration du systeme tu appliques
3. affiche les fichier cacher comme ceci :
clicker sur demarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage
Cocher afficher les dossiers cacher
Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"
Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.
Decocher masquer les extentions dont le type est connues
4.tu fais fonctionner tous tes utilitaires sans exception !
i.e; spybot + ad-aware + a-squared + ewido + spycatcher
tu vides les quarantaines et la poubelle
fais fonctionner cleanup40
5 - reactive la restauration et masque les fichiers caché en suivant le meme chemin

je me suis un peu enervée!!! et j'ai décidée de supprimer carrement le fichier de moi meme et meme en mode sans echec; il ne peut pas etre supprimer.
je ne voie vraiment pas ce que je peux faire

j'ai arreté le part feu car il y en a un d'integré sur la live box (a oui j'ai la livebox!!!)
par contre j'ai un souci, j'ai enlevé avast vu que maintenant j'ai a-squared et je n'arrive pas a l'activer comme antivirus sur windows, je suis obligé de le faire manuellement a chaque fois que je demarre mon pc; voili voilou
