bonjour

j'ai ete envahi par spyaxe et débarrasée !!ouf
mais il me reste maxsearch , impossible à supprimer!

je ne sait pas si c'est la cause mais je peux pas ré installer mon imprimante( pourtant reconnue par l'ordi) ni par ex Windows pack 2;
je n'ai pas vaiment de message d'erreur mais seulement : "utilisateur annulé";
je suis désespérée!! (evidement je bosse avec mon ordi!)

    et au fait pourquoi plus je nettoie mon systeme plus je fais de scan plus j'ai de spyware et autres???

    et ça vient de la meme chose si mes disques amovibles n'apparaissent plus sur le poste de travail??

    C'est logiciels sont complémentaires, chacun detecte des virus et d'autres sales bestioles.

    Pour tes disques amovibles, pas trop d'idée...

    quand tu auras fini

    télécharge HijackThis ici:

    Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.
    Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c : !

    en attendant que j'analyse ton log, peux tu faire ceci :

    telecharge SmitfraudFix

    http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip
    Exécute le, Double click sur Smitfraudfix.cmd choisit l’option 1, il va générer un rapport
    Copie/colle le sur le poste stp.

    Si tu est fatiguée, on peut reprendre demain ..

    Bonjour Cécile,

    Relance HijackThis, coche les cases devant ces lignes et ensuite clique sur fix checked :

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Spooler SubSystem App] C:\WINDOWS\System32\spooIsv.exe

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Démarre en mode sans échec :
    Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
    Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
    Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
    (Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    ¤Recherche et supprime ce fichier (en gras)
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\spooIsv.exe
    ATTENTIOn c'est un i majuscule entre le o et le s de spooIsv.exe

    vide la corbeille.

    Redemarre en mode normal.

    Relance hijackthis et post un nouveau log.

        je n'ai plus maxsearch : spyware doctor me l'a enfin éliminé...MAIS il y a un mais : je ne peux toujours pas réinstallé mon imprimante Lexmark : le programme d'intallation a detecté l'arret du spouleur, ??? comment on démarre un spouleur???

        Impossible d'installer l'imprimante.

        Impossible d'installer le Spouleur d'impression.

        Message d'erreur : Le spouleur d'impression ou l'une de ses dépendances n'est pas disponible.

        Erreur 1075 : Le service de dépendance n'existe pas ou est marqué pour suppression.

        Erreur 1068 : Le spouleur d'impression s'est arrêté, voulez-vous le faire démarrer maintenant ?

        Le pilote d'impression a été supprimé et le fichier lexbces.exe n'a pas été correctement désinstallé
