Problème ipcop et urlfilter

bonsoir à tous, j'ai installé ip cop et tous fonctionne bien sauf urlfilter que j'ai installé, après reglage de l'onglet serveur mandataire d'après ce tuto : http://forum.rue-montgallet.com/ruemontgallet/OSalternatifs/Tuto-Installation-configuration-IPCop-URLFilter-pour-tous-sujet-21419-1.htm
lorsque je veux parametrer urlfilter j'ai ce message d'erreur :
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
si quelqu'un a une idée je suis preneur !
