Encrypted Program Issue

Hello,

I just got a Philips television with built-in HD TNT, and sometimes a few channels cut out and appear in black with the following message: "Encrypted program,
No program available"

We already had this issue with TF1, but the channel came back by itself.

What should I do? Is it a problem with the TNT reception, or is it an issue with the TV?

I'm not very knowledgeable about this, so if you could help me...

Hello
I have never encountered this encryption problem on a non-encrypted channel, and if the antenna is poor, the image is pixelated, and the same goes for Philips. If there's no antenna, it shows no signal. If it's less than a week, an exchange; otherwise, no warranty return to the store.

No other answers? I'm reinstalling the TNT channels now...

Reinstalling the channels won't change much, maybe a factory reset, but I doubt it.

The channels have actually switched to analog (channels 42, 43, etc...).
How do I switch them back to digital?

I also have issues with my Philips TV where it shows "video format not available" or "no program available." I don't understand what could be causing this. If I unplug the antenna from the back of the TV and plug it back in, it works again, but it keeps happening regularly. Any advice?

He finds 15 digital channels and 7 analog channels, it may be due to the analog channels? After the channel search he did, it has now removed all the channels that weren't working...

If you have a good antenna, it should find more than 30 TNT channels, including some encrypted ones, and out of those 30, there should be 24 that are watchable, and you will be able to hide the channels you don’t want. If this is not the case, it’s due to the antenna.

I had TF1 and other TNT channels, I had them all and now I have lost half of them when I rescanned for channels... I am still making it do a channel scan, but how can I get TF1 back now?
I have two TVs, and on the other TV, all the TNT channels work without any problem.

Indeed, he finds more than 40 channels, but no more TF1, no more Direct 8, no more NRJ12, no more NT1, no more news channels, and no more Direct Star...

unplug the antenna from the other one and rescan, and even if you can connect the antenna from the other TV.

It's the same antenna for both TVs, we only have one, so only one TV works.
