Disparition icônes dans Ordinateur Windows 7

Bonjour,

Je ne sais trop comment décrire le problème. J'ai juste ce screenshot. Ce n'est pas la première fois que ca m'arrive.

Et dans le panneau de configuration plus d'icones non plus.

J'ai désactivé l'indexation des fichiers, mais ce problème était déjà la avant. et je ne trouve pas de solutions

Souvent, c'est suite à un travail dans un gros dossier, dans lequel j'édite des fichiers. Lorsque c'est sur une clé usb, ca me le fait, et lorsque je retire la clé, ca réapparait.

Quelqu'un pourrait éclairer ma lanterne?

Voici le log de Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.46 m'a sorti après analyse cet après-midi, avec lequel j'ai supprimé tout ce qu'il m'a proposé.
