[Tip] LG plasma TV white screen issue

Hello, I had a problem with my LG plasma screen which was completely white with a small rectangle displaying a number that was moving. Since my TV was still under warranty, I called LG (no waiting time, customer service was impeccable) and they had me perform this manipulation: press the exit button on the remote, then power to turn it off, then power to turn it back on (still using the remote) and my TV started working again :-). If this can help someone.
