My phone no longer recognizes its base.

Hello,

It has now been 15 days since my phone (Siemens Gigaset A580) stopped recognizing its base. After disconnecting everything, resetting everything, even my Livebox, still nothing. I would like to know what to do. Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 534.7

Good evening....

On most models, you need to press the button on the base that is used to locate the mobile, for a long enough time to either see a LED blink or hear a beep, and then enter the "pairing" menu, or "associating," or "subscribing" ... or something like that on the mobile.
