Quicken 2010 in French? Solved

Hello, I need to buy software for a friend.
Do you know if the Canadian finance software Quicken Cash Manager 2010 or 2011, version compatible with Vista 7, 64-bit, is available in French, please?

Intuit is discontinuing the French version of their accounting software due to lack of resources. They have decided to focus on the French versions of TurboTax and other upcoming products. Here is an excerpt from an email I received as a French-speaking Quicken user:

'We want to inform you that Intuit will no longer offer the French versions of Quicken and Quicken Deluxe starting in early January 2011. Although you will be able to continue using Quicken after January 2011, technical support as well as services requiring online access will no longer be available starting January 2013.'

The 2000 version works on Windows 7
