Unable to read cbr and cbz files

Hello, I have cartoon videos on my computer that I can't open because they are in a format I don't know, CBR and CBZ files. So I would like your help on which software I can download to read these CBR and CBZ video files.

    It's free and it works very well for converting or reading cbr files to pdf (pdf lite viewer)
