Ordinateur lent

Bonjour,
voilà j'ai un problème avec mon ordi,depuis quelques temps il est au ralenti,bug,prends beaucoup de temps à s'éteindre...etc
Quand je fais un scan avec antivir au out d'un certain moment il bug le scan se fige et je dois fermer....
