vas dans les options d'internet de ton navigateur, vérifie les paramètres de bloqueur de pop up, montre d'un cran son niveau :-)

bonjour,
epasse un autre zhpdiag,

* Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau à l'aide de l'icône représentant une disquette
* Héberge le rapport ZHPDiag.txt sur Cijoint, puis copie/colle le lien fourni dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum :

* Lance ZHPFix (soit via le raccourci sur ton Bureau, soit via ZHPDiag en cliquant sur l'écusson vert)
Clique sur l'icone représentant la lettre H (« coller les lignes Helper »)

quand je clique sur nettoyer, l'écran devient avec un massage d'erreur en anglais et l'ordinateur redémarre. Cela me l'a fait 2 fois.

ferme ton navigateur qui n'est autre que FF !

vire tous les plugin de FF avec zhpfix, c'est bien ce que j'essaie de faire !

supprime manuellement son répertoire, puis réinstalle le, ton problème vient de là et nulle part ailleur !!!!

Relance zhpdiag,
Coche les options suivantes :
O1, O45, O61, O65, O82

Repasse un autre scan, enregistre son rapport sur ton bureau, puis héberge le su Cijoint, colle le lien su ton prochain message.
