I strongly advise against this sales site... Look for a more serious seller! They charged 500 euros to my bank card over 8 months ago. I have been fighting with them to get my money back without success. I have just filed a case with my lawyer.

For me, it's not reliable. I placed an order on Friday, it was confirmed on Monday, and now the order is being canceled without any request or explanation. Cdiscount is useless.

Flee! They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and invent deadlines and don't know the term "commercial gesture." As far as I'm concerned, I received a product in which one of the bottles had leaked without the packaging being damaged. No exchange, no refund...

I bought a washing machine (delivered on 11/24/21) that arrived defective, it took me more than 3 weeks of "fights" over the phone (dozens) and emails (25) between Cdiscount customer service and that of the manufacturer !!!! It’s a SHAME !!!! If I could have given 0 stars, I would have done it, I am disgusted with this company!!! My case was treated like a case of someone who received a used item UNACCEPTABLE...the different people I spoke to on the phone sounded like robots... I WAS HORRIBLY FRUSTRATED!!!! I had to report them to (SIGNALConso) to speed up the process!!! In two words STAY AWAY!!!!

Cdiscount is a Marketplace.. You need to contact the seller.. It wouldn't be surprising if CDiscount (of poor reputation..) disclaims all responsibility in its T&Cs in case of purchase on the Marketplace.

What is the applicable law for the REAL seller?

I am really disappointed because I placed an order in early November 2021 with a Christmas gift voucher. Cdiscount has blocked my orders for no reason and to this day refuses to refund me. I have called about thirty times and all the advisors escalate the issue, but nothing progresses with my case. The managers promise to call back but never do.
To this day, I am still waiting for over €156 in reimbursement!! Thieves. I am going to file a complaint!! Be careful.

I haven't read everything and don't know if it has been mentioned, but you should check for any pre-checked boxes, like trying to sell insurance even if it's cheap. Uncheck it, then.

Personally, I've never had a problem.

If there's an issue, know that this site Cdiscount is related to the Casino store, so you can also register on the Casino supermarket website and contact them there if you don't get a response elsewhere.

In fact, 2 years before I bought and received it, but don't trust CDISCOUNT anymore... CDISCOUNT has become a fortress of scams and suffering. If you purchased and did not receive it, then quickly contact https://www.mediateurfevad.fr/.

Only pay through PayPal for purchase protection. Otherwise, your money will be gone without a trace. Their responses from CDISCOUNT are a joke.
