URGENT pilotte disfonctionel code:38

Bonjour, Jai un probpleme avec mon ordi(pas celui-ci mais le famillial depui ce matin aucun port usb,son et inthernet ne foctione. jai saner lordi mais sans sucsai quand je regarde les info du pillot ces marquer code 38 ou 39 A LAIDE!!!!!!!!!!
