How to switch WotLK from English to French?

Hello,
When I installed WoW WotLK, the game installer offered to install it in English (default language) and French. The game installed correctly, and it works fine. The only hiccup is that it is in English. How can I switch it to French? Thank you for your help.
P.S: I have already done several uninstall/reinstall.
