Acer recovery manager + microsoft.NET fram...

Bonjour, j'ai un problème d'ordinateur et je souhaitait restaurer totalement mon ordinateur (acer aspire one 751h-52Bw) avec le logiciel acer recovery manager. le problème est que dès que je clique sur la restauration choisis, un message d'erreur microsoft;NET framework s'ouvre et interompt la restauration.
Ce message est le suivant:
