First of all, hello.
I recently acquired a small manual BB gun with 0.700 joules (probably of not exceptional quality: won at the fair) here: https://imageshack.com/, and I have a question and a problem to present to you:
-First, a question: my gun is fully manual, is it possible to modify it to become automatic or semi-automatic?
-Then, my problem: When I load 3-4 BBs or more into the magazine, it tends to get "clogged": one BB gets stuck between the slide and the barrel, like this: https://imageshack.com/. Where does this problem come from? Is it fixable?

No, you won't be able to improve it, sorry. The best you can do is to pull on the spring (just a little) which will give it a bit more power. If you want a semi-automatic or automatic, check with a gunsmith. I have a Umarex semi-auto, not bad, 120 euros...
Fill your magazine less or try to tighten the spring of the magazine.
