Hello everyone,

I'm looking for the name of a series that aired on M6 around 11:30 PM to midnight, which presented episodes that were unrelated to each other except for dealing with the fantastic and the supernatural. I have vague memories of an episode that features a man who had a glass tank filled with sand where a sort of colony of intelligent scorpions lived, building real sand monuments until they killed the owner at the end of the episode... well, it's been a while, and I can't remember anything else. If this rings a bell for anyone...?

The episode you're talking about is actually The Kings of the Sands, the first two of the series.

  tell me, I don't know this series at all. Is there an old one and a new one like I believe? And could you tell me which one is better (or both?) and if it's worth watching them? Is it more like several stories in the style of "The Twilight Zone" or a single story that follows, so I can deepen my knowledge. Thanks bro.

  I watched this series when it first aired on M6. It's a new series, the first one was called Beyond Reality, and it's exactly the same style as The Fourth Dimension. Except for the pilot, which has two episodes, the others are independent of each other.
  
  And it's not too badly done, I liked it back then.

Isn't it on the borders of the real? One of the episodes closely resembles your description.
