Bonjour,
Ma connexion à interent est d'une extrême lenteur, quand elle n'est pas nulle! De plus, lorsque j'arrive à me connester, des fenêtre d'accueil de sites indésirés s'affichent.
Pouvez-vous m'aider à résoudre ces deux problèmes qui semblent être liés ?

Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.
Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c : !
Lance le puis:
clique sur "do a system scan and save logfile" (cf démo)
faire un copier coller du log entier sur le forum

Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

Dans le dossier l2mfix, double clic sur l2mfix.bat, appuie sur n'importe quelle touche puis choisis l'option #1 (et pas autre chose) et valide avec la touche entrée.
Le bloc note va s'ouvrir avec le résultat du scan.
Fais un copier coller du résultat ici.

Maintenant relances l2mfix.bat
et choisis l'option 2
Il va te demander d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer
appuie sur n'importe quelle touche et laisse le pc redémarrer

Le problème existe toujours concernant l'apparition intempestive des pages d'accueil et pub sauvages; par contre, maintenant j'accède normalement à internet.
Les problèmes rencontrés dans le déroulement de la procédure que vous m'avez indiquée :
- Dans le dossier Temp. de local sittings de mon compte, impossible de supprimer un fichier nommé : ~DF3DD8.tmp
une fenêtre m'indique une impossibilité de suppression ce fichier, "accès refusé, vérifiez que le disque n'est pas plein en écriture ETC..."
- Ensuite, dans Temp/Temporary Internet Files/Content IE5/0TJ0JI9J, il reste un fichier "activity;src..." image GIF impossible à supprimer; puis dans QAH22OPH8, il reste un fichier "activity;src=946394; met..." Image GIF
- Dans la corbeille, après vidage, il reste un dossier "\Daniel_2" que je n'arrive pas à vider.
- Enfin, dans le programme 12mfix, je ne trouve pas "12 mfix.bat".
par contre, dans la fenêtre la dernière ligne m'invite à appuyer sur une touche. Lorsque c'est fait, un tableau blanc sur fond vert s'affiche, sous lequel sont inscrits : <1,2,3,4,5,E> suivi d'un trait rouge clignotant invitant à taper du texte...

Lance le puis:
clique sur "do a system scan and save logfile" (cf démo)
faire un copier coller du log entier sur le forum
et recommence ceci

Double clic sur l2mfix.exe pour lancer l'extraction
