help! internet /pub / ralentissement ...virus

Bonjour,  

J'ai depuis quelques temps des gros bug de ralentisement : 
- 
quand je suis sur windows live messenger en visioconference par exemple , ou tout ce bloque d'un coup et rame , ainsi que plusieurs problèmes avec internet, des pages web qui ne saffichent pas ou des redirection ver des pub etc , je pense donc que c'est du a un virus quelconque... 
Je dispose de windows vista edition familial premium ,et garde toujours comme protection  mcafee security center version 8.1(il me demande parfois de renouvelé mon abonement mais je ne le fait pas car quand je vai sur security center il me di qu'il continu toujour a protégé internet et que son parfeu est actif...)  
 par contre quand je vais sur le centre de sécurité windows il me signal que je ne suis pas protégé en parfeu et antivirus....?  
 j'ai aussi remarqué dans un disque dur qu'un document (avec plein de chiffres et lettres comme nom) est apparu , a linterieur il y a un fichier exe intitulé "Malicious Software Removal Tool Update Stub" .    

Bref pas mal de problème a résoudre, je pense qu'un bon nettoyage s'impose donc si quelqun peut me dire quoi faire pour remédié a ça merci :/

. Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation. 
. Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour 
. si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes 
. Une fois la mise à jour terminé
. rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche 
. Sélectionnes Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre. 
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés. 
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre. 
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats 
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. 
. rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log 
. tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher une fois affiché 
. tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes,et puis sur sélectionner tous 
. tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse 
. Tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la réponse et coller 
. À la fin du scan, il se peut que MBAM ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la suppression, donc pas de panique, redémarre ton pc !!!

relance MBAM, vide seulement sa quarantaine.

repasse un autre zhpdiag, héberge son rapport sur un site come cijoint, copie et colle le lien fourni par le site sur ton prochain message.

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix : 
&#9658; Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours. 
&#9658; Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil. 
Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.


/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.
 
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire. 
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt) 
&#9658; Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet. 
&#9658; Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

grosss probleme !!! (suis sur un autre ordi actuelement ) j'ai bien  lancé combofix (il a redémaré une fois en me disan qu'il avai detécté la présence dune activitée de  "rootckit"  alors j'ai laisser tourné jusqu'au bou (le log c'est afficher ) et jaimerai bien vous envoyer le log seulment voila : Je ne peut plus accedé a internet!!!  (plusieur fenetres ce son ouverte ver la fin de combofix (alertes de je ne cest quoi , demandan de suprimer quelque chose sur la base de registre, jai fai "oui" suprimer , et aparement jaurais pas du!  T_T  car quand je veu allé sur firefox jai une fenetre avec une croix rouge qui me dit "C:/ progrfiles/mozilla fir/firefox.exe   tentative d'opération non autorisé sur une clé de registre marquée pour supression"      meme chose avec Internet explorer             je ne peut donc pas accédé a internet    que faire? ?

bonjour, 
relance MBAM, vide sa qurantaine, refais une mise à jour et lance un scan complet, s'il trouve des choses, mets tou en quarantaine, 
poste son rapport 

après un redemarrage, donne moi des nouvelles du fonctionnement du pc

Ca m'a tout l'air d'aller mieux , a par ce centre de sécurité windows qui me dit que je ne suis pas proteger par antivirus et parfeu , alors que mcafee security center est bien en marche (a par les messages qui aparaisse parfpoi pour repayer labonement (n'en voi pas lutilité si il continu a protégé mon ordinateur )

*	Télécharge FindyKill sur le Bureau (Merci à l'équipe FYK) : 
http://findykill.changelog.fr/Setup.exe 
ou

* Double-cliquez sur FindyKill présent sur le Bureau. 
* Choisis l'option F pour la langue
* Choisissez l'option 1 (Recherche).
* Laissez travailler l'outil. 
* Ensuite postez le rapport FindyKill.txt qui apparaîtra (si vous avez créé un sujet sur un forum pour vous faire aider).
* Note : Le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque (C:\FindyKill.txt).

(CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller) 
* Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
