Animated series from the 80s-90s

Hello everyone... I am looking for a cartoon that aired on television in the 80s-90s. I remember it was about a team of motorized fighters, and in each episode, they had to destroy some kind of dome that I believe was spreading evil waves. I particularly remember that among the heroes (the good guys), one of them rode a single-wheeled motorcycle that was equipped with weapons, and the character was positioned at the center of this unique wheel. It also seems to me that the two sides (the bad guys and the good guys) fought in their vehicles in every episode, and that each of these episodes ended with the destruction of the evil dome (an orange-colored hemisphere according to my vague memories).
