Ipod touch -> ubuntu ?

Quand je branche mon ipod touch à mon ordinateur ubuntu, il le reconnait en appareil photo. J'ai télécharger pleins de logiciel qui sois disant remplace itunes sur ubuntu comme Amarok, rythmbox, gtkpod ipod manager, hipo, aucun de ses logiciels ne reconnait mon ipod touch. Est ce que quelqu'un sait pourquoi ?
