Hi there! Okay, check this out: launch COD4, activate your console, and see which version is activated (like it shows "v1.0" meaning version 1).

it will be in French directly, and you’ll also have the multiplayer version provided you’ve installed PunkBuster here: http://www.dwrfslsqpdfqfwy.net/922bbc64

How to activate the console????

You go to Options, Multiplayer, and here there is normally Console Active: No and you click it to set Yes. Then you press the ° or § or ~ button for your console.
