Subwoofer output hookup on car radio

Hello, I have two amplifiers: a Clarion APX-4361 (680 Watts) 4-channel with 1 sub on the rear channels and the 2 front speakers on the front channels, as well as a small Kenwood 2-channel for the rear speakers... all wired as follows: http://img138.imageshack.us/img138/5563/amp2.png

I have a subwoofer output (RCA) on my radio to control the subwoofer but when I plug it in as the green lines in the diagram show nothing happens... My question... how should I connect the radio's RCA output so that everything works?

    Check the HP cables, sub, RCA, amplifier fuse and car stereo fuse, amplifier fuse holder near the battery, using a multimeter set to millivolts and thus test especially the head unit output to the sub and the sub amplifier RCA input, then connect the RCA cable somewhere else.

    It could be that the sub RCA input on the amp is faulty.
