Vol d'identité sur pc

ma fille a acheté un pc portable d'occasion, tout allait bien jusqu'à aujourd'hui, lorsqu'elle a voulu aller sur internet un logiciel nommé sécurity shield qui lui dit qu'elle a un vol d'identité sur son pc qu faire? pouvez-vous nous aider svp
