Hello,
I sent a package to Colombia (Bogota) on Thursday, August 5th. The delivery person showed up at the indicated address but didn't insist on checking if anyone was home. They left and have not returned since. The problem is that Chronopost's Customer Service in France does not answer the phone, and at the Post Office, they do not know which company subcontracts with Chronopost for mail delivery in Bogota.
Who knows?

    Hello, I now have the problem you had; I have a package stuck at customs, and Chronopost in France is unreachable. Do you know which company in Colombia works with Chronopost? A thousand thanks.
