Excel - resize scroll bars

Hello,

I don’t think this question has been asked on this forum.
I’m working on an Excel sheet consisting solely of a table (tagged as a table). It has about 500 rows and around twenty columns.
My scroll bars (both horizontal and vertical) are both sized to navigate the sheet in its entirety (over a million rows, etc...), which prevents me from using them to navigate through my table.
How can I resize them to fit the size of my table?

Thank you in advance for your help :)

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.5.11

Hello everyone,

Another possibility is that Excel remembers the last cell you worked on.
To clear any cells with unnecessary entries, select all the unnecessary last rows, for example, select row 510 and then shift+ctrl+down arrow, and delete.
Do the same for the last columns using shift+ctrl+right arrow.
Select A1, the scrollbars will resize, save the file to keep it.
