How to remove a game on Facebook?

Hello,
I play Millionaire City and I would like to delete it to start over. I removed it in the application settings, but the problem is that when I return to the game it asks for permission; I have to allow it and then I go back to where I was!!!! So how can I do it? Please thank you

euh yes, this is a really weird problem because you went into "application settings" so I don't understand the issue... did you disconnect and then reconnect to Facebook to see the result?

To restart millionaire city, you need to take the bulldozer and smash all the buildings, the pizzerias, etc....  And then it goes back to how it was before   There you go.

you need to:
- click on account at the top right
- privacy settings
- at the bottom left, click on application and website to modify your settings
- applications you are using, click on the tab to modify the settings ..
