250 Shineray problem

Hello, I just bought a 250 from a private seller. It has 410 km on it, and when I take it for a ride, once it reaches a temperature of 70 degrees, the quad stalls! Do you have any idea where the problem might come from? I took it to the garage, and they told me it was because this type of vehicle is meant to be driven for no more than ten minutes, but I seriously doubt that. Thank you for your help; I'm desperate.

      Change the oil, clean the air filter, change the spark plug, and respect the electrode gap. If your problem persists, look into the carburetion; if it's poorly adjusted, it can cause the engine to overheat. If it continues despite everything, check if one of the brake calipers is sticking and slowing down the quad, which could explain the overheating. As for the mechanic who told you it won't run for more than 10 minutes, that's false; I have two Shinerays, and we torture them every outing without any issues. The only problem we have is when we take spills and they end up with all four wheels in the air, breaking the mirrors, handlebars, and fenders, but even with an 8000-euro Polaris, it would be the same. Keep going with your Shineray and don't worry about what people say about this quad; it's inexpensive, and we have a blast for not much money. Keep it up!
