bonjour a tous , j'ai un probleme avec mon pc je ne peux plus acceder au fichier internet dans le menu demarrer,configuration internet, tout est bloquer et je n'ai plus de connection meme pas explorer,j'ai du choper un virus, l'ordi est super lent a charger.comment faire pour savoir si j'ai des clusters deffectueux sur mon pc, si je fait une restauration complete pensez-vous que mon probleme sera résolu, tout un tas de qestions besoins d'aide s'il vous plait, je vous ecris de mon deuxieme pc, merci a tous

j'ai eu le meme probleme 3 virus j'ai fait une restauration systeme 5 semaines en arriere mais,n'oublie pas de sauvegarde tes dossiers
que tu as cree de nos jours a la restauration sinon c'est perdu,et apres j'ai nettoyer spybot c cleaner maintement c'est au poil, bonne chance,bye bye.

depuis le 15/10, pas de réponse ? As tu pu résoudre le problème ?
Sinon avec ton deuxième ordinateur, si aucun des deux n'est un portable, tu peux, avec un antivirus à jour sur ton deuxième PC, démonter le disque dur du premier pour le monter dans le deuxième (en slave = esclave) et l'analyser.
Si c'est encore d'actualité...
