Scan hijack this suite à pbm sur pc

Bonjour,

Malgrès mes differents nettoyages, mon ordinateur atteint toujours rapidement le sommet des performances et satture alors que peu de programme sont ouverts, du coup les video et musiques lues sont tres saccadées et le son crepite etc....

Je vous post le dernier log hijakthis que j'ai fait si cela peut aider quelqu'un à trouver le pbm.
