Paramètrer touche fn

Bonjour, je souhaiterai paramètrer la touche windows droite de mon clavier usb (donc externe a mon ordi portable) en touche fn. Car sur mon clavier d'ordi portable j'ai forcément la touche fn pour les différents raccourcis (niveau batterie, luminausité...) tandis que sur mon clavier usb j'ai les touches "normale" donc pas la touche fn.
Comment modifier touche windows droite ou autre touche en touche fn ?
