Problème avec média portal

bonjour,
quelqu'un pourrait il m'aider?
j'ai installé média portal, qui marchait trés bien, et que je n'arrive plus à démarrer.
j'ai maintenant le message suivant quand j'éssaye de démarrer:
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id=0x1bfc(7164), thread id=0x2658(9816).
Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.
