Looking for a black singer dressed in green!

Hello,

I'm looking for a song that dates back quite a while ^^ The singer is black and dressed in green, and in the video, the musicians are also in green. The video looks like a kind of concert and young girls are fainting. I saw it recently on the show "The History of Summer Hits" on Virgin17!
