Http://localhost/mysite and I'm not getting anything

Hello,
I'm a beginner on Joomla and I've installed Joomla 1.5 locally.
- I started Apache
- I started MySQL
When I connect to the internet, I get the Xampp page.

But the Joomla administration page never appears.
Who could help me?

    Hello.

    The "www" folder is displayed directly when you request http://localhost/.
    If you have placed a folder inside the www folder, then you will need to request http://localhost/folder/
