Bonjour,

je ne pense pas vraiment que mon pc soit infecté, je ne peux pas analyser ZHP seul, le nouveau logiciel pour analyser etant reservé aux helpeurs, et hijackthis semble etre propre, mais j'aimerais en etre sur car j'ai quelque plantage d'explorer parfois..

    et pourquoi pas commencer par l'un scan antivirus ?

    j'ai antivir.. pas de problemes.. mais jai des plantages parfois je sais pas si ca vient d'aero ou d'explorer.exe, je pense pas etre infecté en fait mais bon c quand meme dommage que ZHPhelper soit reservé car j'aurai aimé pouvoir analyser mon rapport zhp

    regarde au niveau des processus, celui qui occupe le plus ton processeur

    En effet, rien d'inquiétant sur ce rapport mais il n'est pas trop détaillé.

    Désactive l'UAC (User Account Control).
    Aide en images pour le faire.

    Pour établir un diagnostic plus en profondeur de ton PC :
    Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur le Bureau.
    = = = = >>> En cliquant ici <<< = = = =

    * Clique droit sur RSIT.exe puis sélectionne `Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur` pour le lancer.
    * Une première fenêtre s'ouvre, clique alors sur Continue (Disclaimer).
    * Si la dernière version de HijackThis n'est pas détectée sur ton PC, RSIT le téléchargera et te demandera d'accepter la licence.
    * Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-notes).
    * Poste le contenu de log.txt et de info.txt.
