Impossible de créer un nouveau dossier ...

Bonjour,

Voila je viens de rencontrer un problème aujourd'hui ... Impossible de créer un nouveau dossier sous Vista !
Premiérement sur le Bureau, clique droit, je n'ai plus l'onglet Nouveau > Nouveau Dossier ...
J'ai Dossier compressé, dossier word etc mais pas dossier simple !
Deuxiémement, dans le dossier Images par exemple, quand je fais : Organiser > Nouveau dossier, un message d'errreur s'affiche --> Exploreur Windows a céssé de fonctionner. Ensuite il me renvoi sur "Rapports et solutions aux problèmes".
