Edit the text of an image

Good evening,  Does anyone know of a program to edit the text of an image while keeping the image intact, meaning without extracting just the text but leaving the image as well?  Thank you!

As cerelog rightly says, the text is to protect the image. I would also like to know how to remove it, but I don't know how. If a very nice person could help us, we would be delighted.
