Log hijackthis à analyser car gros pbme

Question

Bonjour,

Je n'arrive pas à supprimer les pubs only the best. De plus quand apparait le message "IE a rencontré un problème et doit fermer", tout se ferme : plus aucun icone et plus de barre de tache sur le bureau ( je n'ai plus que le fond d'ecran en guise de bureau).
Je ne sais pas quoi faire. Qq'un pourrait il m'aider car je n'ai pas envie de formater

Bonjour, Imprime ceci pour ne rien oublier de faire : Méthode à suivre dans l'ordre... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ¤Télécharge ces logiciels (si tu ne les as pas) mais que tu n‘utilises pas tout de suite: 1/Spybot S&D 1.4 <le gestionnaire des taches s'ouvre-->onglet processus--->terminer processus.) - iprm.exe - apizz32.exe ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Recherche et supprime ceci: attention seulement les fichiers (si présents) C:\WINDOWS\system32\svcnut32.exe home C:\WINDOWS\iprm.exe C:\WINDOWS\apizz32.exe ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Arrête ce service : Clique sur Démarrer->exécuter->tape: services.msc Double-clique: Service: Service: Network Security Service ( 11Fßä #·ºÄÖ`I) Règle-le sur "Arrêté" et "Désactivé". ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ¤ Passe Ad-Aware et vire tout ce qu’il trouve ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ¤ Passe Spybot et vire tout ce qu’il trouve ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Tu vides ta poubelle et tu redémarres en mode normal et refait un HijackThis Précise tes soucis s’il en reste.... Avant de redémarrer en mode sans échec :
télécharge about buster:

Clique "Check for updates".
Télécharge les mises à jour
referme le
on l‘utilisera plus tard c'est à dire avant Ad-Aware et Spybot dans la fin de la manip. Tu le passeras autant de fois qu'il trouve qqchose.

Merci pour toutes tes explications bien claires que j'ai suivies

Mais lorsque j'ai redémarré l'ordi en mode normal, le logiciel " ps guard" s'est lancé alors que je ne l'ai jamais installé.
de plus j'ai toujours le message d'internet explorer qui apparait et des pubs telles que "search"

Auriez vous une solution,

Cela signifie que ca ne va pas !

Démarre en mode sans échec lance smitfraudfix et choisis l'option 2, et répond oui à tout.

Ensuite redémarre en mode normal, fais un hikackthis et poste le moi.

Oui, c'est une sorte de virus/trojan.

Démarre en mode sans échec
Désactive ta restauration système
Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers

Lance hijackthis et clic sur [do a system scan only]
coche la case au début des lignes suivantes:

Arrête ce service :
Clique sur Démarrer->exécuter->tape: services.msc
Double-clique: Service: Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Helper ( 11Fßä#·ºÄÖ`I) Règle-le sur "Arrêté" et "Désactivé".

Ensuite, très important:

:: Supprimer les fichiers temporaires ::

* C:\Documents and Settings\ton compte\Local Settings\Temp
* C:\Windows\Temp

vider tout le contenu de ces dossiers.

lance smitfraudfix et choisis l'option 2, et répond oui à tout (tu n'as jamais répondu à ma question alors fais le et colle le resultat)

Bonjour,

J'en ai marre : j'ai toujours des problèmes avec mon ordi!!

Lorsqu'il est bloqué, je fais la combinaison de touches "crtl alt suppr" pour fermer les tâches qui ne répondent pas. Mais ensuite je ne peux plus fermer le gestionnaire de tâches.
